Integration and factory pre-assembly
We specify, source and pre-assemble with manufacturing partners we qualify, and we are accountable for the assembled result within the agreed scope.
Skids, manifolds and CDUs are assembled and tested by partners we qualify against our FAT protocols. We witness or audit the factory tests, hold the records, and remain the accountable integration lead for how the assembled path performs in service, within the agreed scope and acceptance criteria. The customer gets one accountable party for a system built from several manufacturers' components.
