Privacy notice
This site is built to collect as little as possible. Here is exactly what happens when you visit, what happens when you write to us, and how to have anything removed.
When you visit
- Google Analytics, only if you accept. Nothing from Google loads until you choose. Before you choose, and if you click “Decline”, the Google tag is not loaded and your browser sends no request of any kind to Google: no cookies, no cookieless measurement, no page-view signal. Only if you click “Accept analytics” does the page load the Google tag, which then measures your visits with advertising features disabled and may set analytics cookies such as
_gato recognise repeat visits. Your choice is kept in your browser's local storage, so the banner does not reappear on every page. You can change it at any time using “Analytics choices” in the footer: if you withdraw consent, the tag stops sending on the current page, any_gacookies are deleted, and on later visits the tag is not loaded at all. - Hosting logs. The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare's edge records standard request logs (IP address, requested page, browser type, timestamp) for security and operations. We do not receive these as personal data and do not use them to identify visitors. Cloudflare's own privacy policy applies to that processing.
- Fonts and stylesheets are served from this domain. Apart from the Google Analytics tag above, which loads only after you accept, no script is loaded from a third party.
- Images in articles under /insights are loaded from Substack's content network (substackcdn.com), because those articles are mirrored from our Substack publication. Loading an image sends a standard request, including your IP address, to Substack.
- The turnover self-check tool stores your tick marks in your own browser (local storage) so they survive a reload. Nothing is sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.
When you write to us
The contact form sends your name, organisation, email, topic, message and any optional project details you fill in over HTTPS to our server, which forwards them as an email to sales@nextgenergy.ai. The server does not store them. If the form cannot send, the page tells you the message was not delivered and offers our address, a copy of your message and an optional draft for your own email app; nothing is sent until you send it yourself. What we receive is an ordinary email, which we keep in our company mailbox (Google Workspace) for as long as the enquiry and any resulting relationship is active. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else. We do not sell, rent or share enquiry details with third parties.
Your choices
To have an email and its contents deleted, write to sales@nextgenergy.ai and say so. We will confirm when it is done. If you are in the EU, UK or Canada you have the rights those jurisdictions give you over personal data, including access and erasure, and you may exercise them through the same address.
Changes
If we add any further third-party service that processes visitor data, this page will be updated first and the change will be dated here.
This notice is given by NextGenergy (NextGenergy Technology Inc.). Last updated 2 October 2026 (Google Analytics now loads only after you accept; contact form failure handling). Contact for this notice: sales@nextgenergy.ai.
